Come on down to the Farm!  For Fall 2018 we are offering two guided tours per month at Honeysuckle Tea House and Farm.

Tours will last approximately 1 hour, will be led by one of our UP2Save experts, and will include an overview of the whole life cycle of this remarkable AgroEcology operation. You will learn how we: build healthy soils by composting our Tea House kitchen scraps and planting cover crops; provide chemical-free pollinator habitat supporting the honeybees and other pollinators that in turn support the berries and herbs; optimize berry and herb production; and harvest and process the berries (freezing, fermenting) and herbs (drying) into value-added, farm-to-beverage products for all enjoy at the Tea House. Each tour will conclude by raising a glass of something delicious from the farm, and a celebratory toast to agroecology!
